Try this visualization technique if you want to change your life, but don't know how!
This manifestation and visualization technique is probably the most powerful one I’ve personally used in helping me create solid change in my daily actions, almost immediately after applying this. That said, you really do have realistic goals in place and be committed to this change for yourself. <3
Just understand that your ability to change your life is already there, but this technique gives you a noticeable boost in performance, a plan, and results!
The Visualization Technique
Ask yourself, “what is the BEST version of myself doing in this moment?”
While this seems incredibly simple on the surface; visualizing ourselves as the BEST version of ourselves allows us to step away from fear and manifest a new reality. One of the biggest reasons we struggle to take action is because we’re stuck in fear.
Questions to ask yourself to help with visualizing:
Where am I?
What am I doing?
What does it look like?
How does it feel?
The key here is that you are getting in tune with all of your senses so that you can get yourself into that place you want to be. Visualizing is one of the best tools at binding where you are now to where you want to be.
Questions to ask to help step into the best version of yourself:
What is the best version of me doing when I wake up?
What is the best version of me doing when I go to sleep?
What is the best version of me doing when I’m anxious?
What is the best version of me doing when I’m upset or angry?
What is the best version of me saying to my friends, family, clients, or partner?
What is the best version of me doing in my free time?
You can and should especially use this to help in the areas you’re struggling.
Start Implementing What You Can Right Now
Once you know exactly what the best version of you is doing in each of these scenarios, start implementing what you can now.
With my personal example from the video, I visualize myself in an outdoor shower. I don’t have an outdoor shower at the moment, but almost every other aspect of this visualization can be implemented immediately to help create the better version of myself that I visualize.
Examples of things you can start doing to act like the best version of you:
Reading
Journaling
Going to for walks
Meditating
Going to the gym
Eating more veggies
Drinking more water
